This periodontal clinic, located on the second floor of Sovereign Tower in Calgary, spans over 2,500 square feet and presents a sophisticated healthcare environment. The project involved numerous challenges, including the installation of multiple under-slab utilities such as air and vacuum systems, electrical and data lines, and HVAC exhaust routed to the fifth floor.
We successfully overcame these obstacles, completing the project on time while incorporating six operational (OP) rooms, one Cone Beam Computed Tomography (CBCT) room with lead-lined walls, and doctor offices/labs that ensure patient comfort. Custom wood features, including planters, wall paneling in hallways, enhance the clinic’s aesthetic appeal.
